Senior InfoSecurity Advisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary cybersecurity point of contact for assigned business units, translating strategic goals into security requirements.
• Facilitate the integration of security into business projects, change initiatives, and digital transformations.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to identify and assess cyber risks and regulatory impacts.
• Provide risk-informed recommendations that balance security needs with business enablement.
• Support the refinement and implementation of cybersecurity policies, standards, and control frameworks such as NIST CSF.
• Track and report on key cybersecurity metrics, issues, and risk trends to business stakeholders.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and champion the adoption of best practices within business operations and vendor management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or IT governance.
• Strong business acumen with experience working alongside functional leaders in R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, or Legal.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory environments (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).
• Demonstrated success in driving cybersecurity improvements through business collaboration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in large enterprises within regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, or manufacturing.
• Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or CCSP.
