Senior Information Technology Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for Athena’s IT environment
• Own technology decisions, prioritization, execution, and outcomes
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex system, endpoint, identity, and integration issues
• Manage endpoint management (Mac & PC) and identity and access management
• Oversee hardware lifecycle, procurement, inventory, and asset tracking
• Implement and maintain technology controls aligned with ISO 27001
• Lead IT response efforts during security incidents
• Own end-to-end IT onboarding and offboarding in partnership with HR
• Develop and maintain SOPs, standards, and IT operating procedures

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience
• Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams
• Experience in cloud-first, SaaS-based environments
• Proficiency in endpoint management and identity/access management
• Experience with systems administration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or Secure Controls Framework (SCF)
• Experience with HRIS and business systems like Rippling
• Relevant IT certifications
