Senior Information Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT liaison and single point of accountability for the Huntsville Powertrain plant leadership.
• Develop, own, and execute the Plant IT Roadmap to align plant priorities with enterprise IT strategy.
• Ensure the stability and performance of critical plant systems, including ERP integrations, MES, and shopfloor applications.
• Manage IT service delivery, including incident management, outage communication, and issue resolution.
• Lead and develop the local IT team through coaching, performance management, and skills development.
• Drive digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives, such as automation, IoT adoption, and data visualization.
• Manage the plant IT budget, covering hardware, software, licensing, and services.
• Ensure all plant systems comply with corporate IT, cybersecurity, and architecture standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of IT experience, OR Master's degree and 5 years of IT experience, OR 10 years of IT experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Must be a US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing an IT team within a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect IT capabilities to manufacturing outcomes.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and technical teams.
• Experience in vendor and service provider management.
