Responsibilities

• Develop and execute award-winning influencer marketing strategies rooted in cultural insight
• Act as the strategic lead on influence, guiding senior clients on integration within marketing plans
• Uncover compelling insights and cultural tensions to build foundations for earned-first creative ideas
• Write clear, inspiring creative briefs for creative teams
• Lead the strategic component of new business pitches
• Collaborate with agency strategists and specialist influence account teams
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues

Requirements

• Proven track record of building effective, earned-first influencer strategies
• Deep understanding of the influencer and social media landscape
• Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
• High level of cultural fluency and social media awareness
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
