About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute internal security controls through compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure adherence to government and company regulations.
  • Conduct administrative inquiries regarding personnel, processes, and situations to determine the scope of non-compliance.
  • Manage Communication Security (COMSEC) duties, including the inventory, distribution, and destruction of materials.
  • Develop and administer Operational Security (OPSEC) programs, including security education, physical controls, and procedures for complex programs.
  • Oversee physical security duties, such as facility checklists, surveys, and reviewing drawings for classified areas.
  • Manage subcontractor compliance by providing contractual requirements, site assistance visits, and reviews.
  • Maintain personnel eligibility for classified access using systems such as DISS, Scattered Castles, and JADE.
  • Coordinate with engineering, management, and U.S. Government customers to obtain contract approvals and security rulings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Industrial Security.
  • 5+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security, or related programmatic security fields.
  • Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5/SSBI) within the last 5 years, or currently enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) access.
  • U.S. Person status is required for export control compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a successful U.S. government polygraph examination.
