Senior Industrial Robotics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, commission, debug, and optimize robotic welding cells.
• Develop, program, and adjust FANUC robots, including logic corrections, sequencing, interlocks, and trajectories.
• Integrate industrial robots with PLCs, welding power sources, vision systems, sensors, and other industrial peripherals.
• Configure I/O, handshakes, safety systems, positioners, and external axes using Coordinated Motion.
• Apply and configure FANUC technologies such as ArcTool Advanced, Touch Sensing, TAST, and iRVision.
• Parameterize and optimize MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding processes to ensure quality and productivity.
• Implement continuous improvements to reduce failures and increase the robustness of automated cells.
• Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures, and support technical team training.

Requirements

• Degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields.
• Solid experience in FANUC robot programming and integration.
• Proven experience integrating robots with PLCs, welding power sources, and industrial peripherals.
• Advanced knowledge of MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding processes.
• Experience in commissioning, startup, and debugging of automated cells.
• Strong understanding of I/O, handshakes, interlocks, safety systems, positioners, and external axes.
• Ability to provide technical training and develop process documentation.
