Senior Industrial Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop large multidisciplinary teams of 20+ professionals
• Define and execute project strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Act as the primary executive interface for client high leadership
• Ensure project delivery across engineering, construction, commissioning, and startup phases
• Manage complex environments with multiple internal, external, and regulatory stakeholders
• Ensure integration between technical disciplines including Civil, MEP, processes, utilities, and automation
• Lead projects in regulated environments such as GMP and food safety standards
• Manage project controls including cost, schedule, and risk mitigation
• Support contractual strategies, negotiations, and claims management

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
• Proven experience in large-scale industrial projects
• Experience in complex sectors such as food, pharmaceutical, or similar
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams of 20+ people
• Experience in engineering, construction, and commissioning
• Strong background in contract management and EPC/GC relationships
• Proficiency in project controls (cost, schedule, risks)
• Advanced English is desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with brownfield projects or operating plants
• Experience with high-complexity greenfield projects
• Knowledge of digital project management tools
