Senior Industrial Project Manager (Engineering)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop large multidisciplinary teams of over 20 professionals to ensure high performance.
• Define and execute project strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Act as the primary executive interface for clients and senior leadership.
• Oversee all project phases, including engineering, construction, commissioning, and startup.
• Manage complex environments with multiple internal, external, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Ensure technical integration across disciplines such as Civil, MEP, processes, utilities, and automation.
• Lead projects within regulated environments (e.g., GMP, sanitary standards, food safety).
• Maintain project predictability regarding schedule and cost through robust project controls.
• Mitigate risks related to interfaces, execution, and commissioning.
• Support contractual strategies, negotiations, and claims management.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex industrial projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams of 20+ people.
• Extensive experience in engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Strong background in contract management and managing EPC/GC relationships.
• Expertise in project controls, including cost, schedule, and risk management.
• Advanced English skills are desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with brownfield projects or operating plants.
• Experience with high-complexity greenfield projects.
• Proficiency in digital project management tools.
