Senior Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction and continuous iteration of the company-wide standard time, efficiency management, and work standardization systems.
• Oversee major production line planning, new factory/workshop layouts, and logistics optimization projects.
• Drive large-scale Lean improvement projects to achieve quantifiable goals in cost reduction, efficiency, quality, and labor savings.
• Manage the full lifecycle of standard time systems, ensuring data accuracy to support cost, capacity, and performance decisions.
• Lead efficiency improvement initiatives (OEE, line balancing, loss analysis) to identify bottlenecks and achieve production targets.
• Standardize human-machine operations, motion optimization, and process improvements.
• Develop and implement IE/Lean training programs to build internal capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or a related field).
• 8+ years of Industrial Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Expert proficiency in Lean manufacturing tools, including VSM, ECRS, 5S, TPM, SMED, and line balancing.
• Proven experience in factory layout design, logistics planning, and warehouse design.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD, Solidworks, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong capability in data analysis, cost analysis, and project management.
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing) for professional use.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Flexsim simulation software.
• Previous experience in team leadership, mentoring, or managing other IE engineers.
• Proven track record in establishing IE systems and standardized processes from the ground up.
