Senior Industrial Designer (Packaging)

Responsibilities

• Develop structural packaging designs for product categories including SSDs, USB drives, and memory cards
• Explore innovative packaging solutions to enhance out-of-box experience and shelf presentation
• Support the development of packaging design systems across different product categories
• Partner with artwork designers to ensure brand identity and product messaging execution
• Collaborate with packaging engineers and suppliers to translate concepts into manufacturable solutions
• Identify new materials and processes to improve sustainability and user experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial design or equivalent
• 5-7+ years of structural packaging design experience for high-volume consumer products
• Proven success in designing best-in-class out-of-box experiences
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, finishes, and sustainability
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks), rendering (Keyshot), and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
