Senior Industrial Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Independently lead projects while managing budget and time constraints
• Drive a user-centered design approach including analysis, prototyping, and testing
• Translate customer needs and research findings into usable designs
• Conduct market research to stay aware of current trends in fashion, art, and digital products
• Use sketching, modeling, and prototyping to validate design solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in product or industrial design
• 5-8 years of experience in industrial design for domestic appliances or consumer electronics
• Technical experience in the realization phase of product development
• Proficiency in CAD modeling with Rhino or SolidWorks
• Strong CMF, graphic creation, and visualization skills
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in one or more specific business domains and global markets
• Strong hand and digital sketching skills
