Senior Indirect Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sourcing programs across IT, finance, HR, facilities, and operations
• Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend areas such as IT services, professional services, and logistics
• Negotiate complex, high-value contracts and commercial terms
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews and innovation initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business requirements
• Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation through spend analysis and benchmarking
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to resolve disputes and ensure policy compliance

Requirements

• Extensive experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing across multiple categories
• Proven expertise in negotiating complex, high-value contracts
• Deep understanding of contract structures, pricing models, and risk allocation
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end sourcing and multi-round negotiations
• Strong experience in supplier relationship management and risk mitigation
• Advanced analytical capabilities including spend analysis and TCO modeling
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across finance, legal, and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with procurement and ERP systems such as Oracle, Ariba, or Coupa
• Experience managing global supplier portfolios and multi-region sourcing strategies
• Knowledge of sustainability, regulatory compliance, and supplier governance
• MBA or advanced degree in supply chain, business, or a related field
