Senior Indirect Manager - Europe

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Indirect Procurement team of 3+ direct reports
• Own and deliver category strategy across a broad portfolio including Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Facilities, Logistics, MRO, Fleet, and Contingent Labour
• Drive best-in-class sourcing and negotiation, leading end-to-end tenders and complex contract negotiations
• Build strong supplier partnerships to ensure performance and unlock innovation through SRM programmes
• Deliver measurable value by executing a pipeline of savings and improving visibility of tail spend
• Proactively manage financial, legal, and supply chain risks across the European region
• Act as a trusted advisor to EU leadership and collaborate globally to implement best practices

Requirements

• Significant indirect procurement leadership experience with a track record of driving transformation
• Proven expertise in category strategy and building effective sourcing plans
• Strong supplier management capability and experience with strategic partnerships
• Advanced sourcing and negotiation skills, including experience with complex tenders and digital initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior executive leadership
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an FMCG or CPG environment
• Experience managing significant spend responsibility (typically $150–200M)
