- Execute and continuously improve compensation programs with a focus on sales compensation and variable pay
- Support the calculation, governance, and optimization of incentive plans
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business priorities
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Sales Operations, and other key stakeholders
- Translate compensation data into clear insights, reliable processes, and effective rewards solutions for global teams
- Turn complex sales performance data into fair, accurate, and high-impact sales compensation outcomes
