Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation and multi-million dollar disputes to support global market expansion
• Provide legal counsel on regulatory, competition, and healthcare law risks
• Minimize company risk through proactive counseling and risk mitigation strategies
• Represent the company in high-stakes legal proceedings, including oral arguments and trials
• Lead settlement negotiations and manage relationships with vendors and industry collaborators
• Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad

Requirements

• JD degree with a strong academic and professional background
• Proven experience in drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, and conducting oral arguments
• Experience leading settlement negotiations and trying cases
• Demonstrated expertise in risk mitigation and counseling
• Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (relocation will be fully reimbursed)
• COVID-19 vaccination
