Senior Implementation Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering to execution and final delivery
• Create comprehensive end-to-end Delivery Project Plans
• Break down requirements into features and user stories for development and QA teams
• Document BRD and FSD and secure customer sign-off
• Deliver and install technology solutions while monitoring and managing project scope
• Assist with quality assurance, testing, and documentation
• Foster strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years of total professional experience
• 5+ years of project management experience in IT, specifically within Fintech or BFSI sectors
• Domain knowledge in LOS, LMS, SCF, or CMS applications
• Proven team management skills
• Hands-on experience with Functional and UAT testing
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, teams, and stakeholders
• Ability to travel overseas for short periods as required
