Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the partnership
- Conduct discovery calls to understand technical requirements and success criteria
- Troubleshoot and debug customer issues, coordinating with the engineering team for resolutions
- Manage APIs and integrations to ensure seamless functionality for customers
- Participate in weekly syncs and sprint planning to align customer feedback with product development
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting software implementation
- Full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Located in San Francisco or the Bay Area
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with healthcare standards such as HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, or EHR/EMR systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership of customer outcomes
