Senior Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Sprinklr's CCaaS solutions for complex enterprise clients
• Define implementation strategy and solution architecture aligned with customer goals and industry standards
• Mentor and guide junior consultants in configuration, client communication, and delivery methodologies
• Act as the primary senior point of contact for customer engagements to drive platform adoption
• Conduct advanced health checks, audits, and design remediation plans to improve platform performance
• Lead client discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and strategic planning
• Drive stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, and customer success teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in deploying Voice and Non-Voice Contact Center applications (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect, or Cisco Webex)
• Deep understanding of voice technologies and protocols including TCP/IP, VOIP, SIP, RTP, and WebRTC
• Proficiency in platform configuration, system architecture, and API integrations
• Experience integrating with CRMs such as Salesforce Service Cloud
• Business proficiency in both Korean and English is mandatory
• Ability to work the AMER shift (6 PM IST to 3 AM IST)

Preferred Qualifications

• Development experience with Groovy, JavaScript, or other scripting languages for integrations
• Experience with VoIP troubleshooting tools like Wireshark
• Proven track record in leading complex implementation projects in CCaaS, UCaaS, or CPaaS environments
