Senior Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Sprinklr solutions for enterprise clients in Japan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project activities across analysis, design, testing, and deployment phases.
• Configure the platform based on client needs and established best practices.
• Act as the primary contact for client stakeholders, facilitating requirement gathering sessions and workshops.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Support solution design regarding integrations and system architecture.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure aligned delivery.
• Provide training and guidance to support smooth onboarding and platform adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, consulting, or related professional services roles.
• Proven experience delivering solutions to enterprise-level clients in structured environments.
• Strong understanding of system design, solution architecture, and platform configuration.
• Expertise in business analysis and requirements documentation.
• Experience with SaaS or Customer Experience (CX) platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for both client-facing and internal stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with contact center or customer engagement technologies.
• Experience working within the Japanese market and enterprise landscape.
