Senior Implementation Architect

Responsibilities

• Define scalable implementation architecture approaches and design standards for enterprise customer environments across the Qualys platform.
• Drive organizational transformation by establishing reusable implementation frameworks, governance models, and operational standards.
• Lead implementation architecture discussions for highly complex or strategically significant customer environments.
• Improve cross-functional alignment between Technical Implementation Engineering, Risk Advisory, Product, TAM, Support, and Sales Engineering.
• Partner directly with enterprise customers to provide architectural guidance for large-scale, hybrid, or cloud-based implementation scenarios.
• Mentor Lead Implementation Engineers and Senior TIEs on implementation architecture thinking and scalable deployment approaches.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, technical consulting, solution architecture, or cybersecurity deployment.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise implementation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence organizational processes, operational standards, or implementation methodologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise onboarding governance and scalable deployment models.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structured outcomes in evolving, complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, cloud security, or AI Security platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise implementation frameworks or governance models.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations, APIs, CMDB ecosystems, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Experience working in high-growth SaaS or enterprise platform organizations.
