Senior IM Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deploy and embed Information & Data (I&D) standards, roles, and competencies within the business strategy.
• Identify and document I&D business needs for clients and stakeholders to resolve complex business problems.
• Analyze, design, and maintain end-to-end I&D lifecycle processes that integrate with IT architecture.
• Review and manage Information and Data risks within the business.
• Develop and execute Information and Data improvement plans to drive operational excellence.
• Monitor I&D health, maturity, and compliance levels.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in I&D Management Framework practices within the IT industry.
• Mastery of Information Management and Record Management policies and processes.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and O365 tools (MS Teams, PowerApps, Flow, PowerBI, etc.).
• Strong project management, requirement gathering, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
• Skilled in metadata structuring, taxonomy, and I&D lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Information Management Professional (CIP) or Information Governance.
• Experience working with unstructured data sets.
