Senior II Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve scalable backend systems using Python/Django
• Develop and evolve frontend experiences in React/TypeScript
• Lead complex initiatives from discovery through deployment
• Drive engineering excellence through mentorship and architectural reviews
• Partner with Product, Data, and UX teams to validate hypotheses through experimentation
• Shape architectural direction for complex systems to improve scalability and reliability
• Participate in on-call rotations (1 week every 5 weeks)

Requirements

• Backend-heavy full-stack expertise (approx. 85% backend, 15% frontend)
• Experience designing large-scale web applications, APIs, and distributed systems
• Proven technical leadership and ability to influence architectural decisions
• Strong product mindset with experience in data-driven experimentation
• High level of ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Hands-on expertise in AI tools, specifically agentic AI SDLC

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python/Django or other backend frameworks like Java/Spring, Node.js, or Go
• Experience with React and TypeScript
• Background in high-volume, scalable architectural patterns
