Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Matrix42 Identity Governance & Administration solutions
• Analyze customer business processes and identity governance requirements
• Lead customer workshops and requirement gathering activities
• Design and configure identity lifecycle processes, approval workflows, and provisioning processes
• Define and support integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and HR systems
• Create technical and functional documentation and deliver user training
• Support customers during testing, go-live, and hyper-care phases
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and implementation partners

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience implementing IGA/IAM solutions
• Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle IGA implementation projects
• Strong understanding of RBAC, JML processes, and access certifications
• Experience integrating identity platforms with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
• Proficiency with APIs, scripting, or automation
• Excellent customer-facing consulting and communication skills
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the DACH region and Europe

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Matrix42 Identity Governance
• Knowledge of Saviynt, SailPoint, One Identity, or Omada
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, or REST APIs
• Familiarity with SCIM, LDAP, SQL, or ITIL frameworks
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
