Senior Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead Identity Governance (IGA) initiatives, including platform implementation and management of user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access recertifications
• Design and mature Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to enforce least privilege access
• Support Delinea PAM platform architecture, including migration to SaaS and managing privileged roles
• Manage the User Access Review (UAR) process by planning, executing, and automating quarterly reviews
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and compliance teams to align identity lifecycles with regulatory requirements like SOX, CMMC, TISAX, and HIPAA
• Automate identity workflows and security processes using PowerShell or Python
• Investigate and respond to identity-related incidents, anomalous access behavior, and segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7-9 years of experience in IT, IAM, or Cybersecurity
• 5 years of experience with IGA solutions such as SailPoint or Saviynt
• Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, specifically Delinea
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), LDAP, and SSO technologies
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Python
• Deep understanding of RBAC, identity lifecycle management, and security frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001
• Experience working within highly regulated environments and supporting audit/compliance processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator, or SailPoint Certified Engineer
• Practical experience or knowledge of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) architecture
