About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Identity Governance (IGA) initiatives, including the implementation of IGA platforms and the management of user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access recertifications.
- Design and mature Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to enforce least privilege access and minimize security risks.
- Support the Delinea PAM platform architecture, including the migration to Delinea’s SaaS platform and managing privileged roles.
- Manage the User Access Review (UAR) process, including planning, executing, and automating quarterly reviews for enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and compliance teams to align identity lifecycle processes with regulatory requirements such as SOX, CMMC, TISAX, and HIPAA.
- Automate identity workflows and security processes using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- Investigate and respond to identity-related incidents, anomalous access behavior, and segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in IT, IAM, or Cybersecurity.
- 5 years of experience with IGA solutions such as SailPoint or Saviynt, including application onboarding and workflow configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, specifically Delinea.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), LDAP, and SSO technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Python.
- Deep understanding of RBAC, identity lifecycle management, and security frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001.
- Experience working within highly regulated environments and supporting audit/compliance processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator, or SailPoint Certified Engineer.
- Practical experience or knowledge of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) architecture.
