Senior I O Engineering Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application issues
• Handle escalations from L1 support teams and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets via ServiceNow, Remedy, or other ticketing tools
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Mac systems and manage the device lifecycle
• Support SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Tanium, and Intune
• Assist with Active Directory tasks including user creation, access management, and group policies
• Support Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Troubleshoot networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and authentication/MFA issues
• Ensure compliance with patching and security policies and maintain SLA compliance

Requirements

• Any Degree
• 4+ years of relevant technical support experience
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 OS troubleshooting
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 support
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
• Experience with SCCM, Intune, Tanium, or Endpoint Manager
• Understanding of networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Ability to work from the office in rotational shifts
• Availability for on-call support for critical issues
