Senior HVAC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the integral planning process for the HKLS (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary) department
• Act as project manager providing technical leadership to team members
• Perform planning tasks within an integral team using Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Represent the company to clients, authorities, and executing companies
• Manage project costs and results for the specific technical discipline
• Collaborate closely with architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, and external planners
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal focusing on climate-neutral planning

Requirements

• Degree in building services engineering or vocational training in HVAC/sanitary technology
• Long-term professional experience in planning and coordinating large-scale projects
• Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit
• Strong awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality
• Good command of German

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in sustainability and the Green Deal
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
