Senior HVAC Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design of HVAC technical systems for new builds and rehabilitation projects
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from feasibility studies to detailed design
• Follow up during construction and perform condition analyses of existing systems
• Develop and quality-assure high-quality HVAC solutions
• Mentor and support intermediate and junior consultants
• Lead technical discussions and ensure holistic solutions

Requirements

• 15–20 years of experience as a consultant
• Solid competence in both plumbing and ventilation
• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Norwegian
• Experience in client dialogue and project management
• Proactive and responsible approach to technical quality and economics
