Responsibilities

  • Partner with corporate and warehouse leaders to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Drive workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational design
  • Lead performance management, compensation, and succession planning initiatives
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring timely and fair resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with global HR policies and labor regulations
  • Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HRBP or similar roles
  • Expertise in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy
  • Experience managing HR processes in 24/7 warehouse or distribution operations
  • Familiarity with labor law, OSHA, and wage/hour compliance
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for the duration of a shift
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
