About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with corporate and warehouse leaders to develop and implement HR strategies
- Drive workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational design
- Lead performance management, compensation, and succession planning initiatives
- Manage employee relations, ensuring timely and fair resolutions
- Ensure compliance with global HR policies and labor regulations
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HRBP or similar roles
- Expertise in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy
- Experience managing HR processes in 24/7 warehouse or distribution operations
- Familiarity with labor law, OSHA, and wage/hour compliance
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for the duration of a shift
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
