Senior Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage complete personnel administration including contracts, amendments, and social documents
• Prepare, control, and validate variable payroll elements in collaboration with the fiduciary
• Monitor payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with Luxembourgish legislation
• Manage social declarations and relations with external bodies (CCSS, CNS, ADEM, ITM, etc.)
• Handle absences, leave, sickness, and work accident declarations
• Control leave counters, public holidays, and working time
• Maintain personnel files and mandatory registers
• Support managers on labor law and employee management issues
• Organize and follow onboarding processes for new employees
• Administer the training plan and manage co-financing requests
• Participate in HR projects, process improvement, and tool digitalization
• Perform legal and social monitoring to ensure compliance
• Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Higher education in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent
• At least 7 years of experience in HR administration and/or payroll management
• Excellent mastery of Luxembourgish social legislation and labor law
• Experience in payroll preparation and control
• Ability to handle confidential files with rigor and discretion
• Strong organizational skills and priority management
• Autonomy, proactivity, and service-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills to support managers
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); Luxembourgish is an asset
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
