About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the successful delivery of systems and process solutions
- Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Answer employee questions regarding benefits including insurance, 401(k), and leave
- Respond to employee relation issues and investigate complaints
- Review and process unemployment compensation claims
- Prepare offers and conduct New Hire Orientation
- Facilitate exit interviews and the departure process
- Manage documentation for EEO1, Disability, and FMLA
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Organization Development
- 5 years of HR experience
- Experience in HR enterprise applications implementation
- Strong business systems analysis and process design skills
- Proven project management and leadership experience in HR systems projects
- Ability to support multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
