Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders up to EVP level to align people strategies with business objectives
  • Provide strategic coaching and counsel on performance management, development, and employee relations
  • Lead core HR programs including compensation planning, talent reviews, and succession planning
  • Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
  • Analyze HR data and workforce metrics to generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions
  • Drive process improvement and operational excellence for scalable HR programs

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of direct HR Business Partner experience
  • Experience in fast-growing, global technology, media, or entertainment companies
  • Experience partnering across multi-location or global teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Workday, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work onsite from the Austin office

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
