Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide human resources consultation, support, and solutions to designated regional business units
• Serve as an acquisition integration manager for the HR function during US acquisitions
• Guide business leaders to promote engagement, productivity, and a culture of diversity and inclusion
• Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend interventions
• Support organizational structure development and provide performance management guidance
• Utilize workforce data analysis to improve business effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, state legislation, and company policies
• Partner with regional HR teams on talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational design
• Facilitate complex compensation issues and support job reclassifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 7+ years of professional human resources experience
• 5+ years of experience in a core HR functional area or as an HR Generalist
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience with diverse employee populations in Canada and the US
• Experience leading HR due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
• PHR or SPHR certification
• Proficiency in French or Spanish
