Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic HR solutions to support business objectives and global growth
• Act as a trusted consultant to leaders, providing expertise in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning
• Support Early Phase clinical units by collaborating with scientific, clinical, and regulatory teams
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and implement solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
• Drive talent development initiatives, including coaching, onboarding, and performance management
• Lead global or regional HR projects, such as reorganizations and strategic process improvements
• Manage complex employee relations matters and champion policy compliance across regions

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience with success in a consultative HRBP role
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong strategic thinking and business consultation skills
• Proven ability to lead large, complex projects with cross-functional influence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (two onsite days per week in Glendale, CA)

Preferred Qualifications

• PHR/SPHR certification
• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
