Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with Build and PRIME business unit leadership to translate key objectives into human capital strategies
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with leaders in assigned business areas
• Ensure unit HR practices comply with government contracting regulations and military technology sector standards
• Develop performance management frameworks tailored to government contract lifecycles
• Support construction staffing partnerships and seasonal workforce planning
• Manage employee relations, including investigations and disciplinary actions
• Advise business leaders on organizational structures and growth plans
• Analyze and report on key People metrics for assigned areas

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive human resources experience
• At least 3 years as an HRBP to senior leadership
• Prior experience as the HR representative for MilCon and/or MilTech contracts
• Ability to travel to construction project sites nationally up to 25% of the time
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of US employment law
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
