Senior Human Resources Business Partner Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Senior HR leaders in implementing local human resource strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage day-to-day transactional HR matters including recruiting, onboarding, transfers, relocations, and separations
• Execute HR processes such as performance management, year-end compensation, promotion processes, and headcount planning
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, including feedback mechanisms and culture-building activities
• Support workplace initiatives that enhance employee experience, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness
• Contribute to the implementation of broader HR strategies and corporate initiatives

Requirements

• 8–14 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role
• Experience working within a Multinational Corporation (MNC) preferred
• Proven exposure to both strategic and operational HR functions in an enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, compliance, and governance
