Responsibilities
- Support Senior HR leaders in implementing local human resource strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage day-to-day transactional HR matters including recruiting, onboarding, transfers, relocations, and separations
- Execute HR processes such as performance management, year-end compensation, promotion processes, and headcount planning
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including feedback mechanisms and culture-building activities
- Support workplace initiatives that enhance employee experience, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness
- Contribute to the implementation of broader HR strategies and corporate initiatives
Requirements
- 8–14 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role
- Experience working within a Multinational Corporation (MNC) preferred
- Proven exposure to both strategic and operational HR functions in an enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, compliance, and governance
