Senior Human Resources Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Human Resources processes and policies
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and internal employee movements
• Track reports, metrics, and talent indicator analyses
• Collaborate on organizational culture, engagement, and internal communication initiatives
• Manage administrative tasks related to employee files and documentation
• Coordinate training sessions and support organizational development programs
• Prepare presentations, reports, and support materials for leaders and teams
• Assist in resolving basic inquiries from employees and managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources or related areas
• Experience supporting generalist HR processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Intermediate or advanced English language skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
