Senior Human Resource Generalist

Responsibilities

• Provide full-range day-to-day HR and training support, including staffing, employee relations, and performance management
• Analyze training needs and develop technical and developmental curriculum for hourly and salaried employees
• Design and implement strategies to maintain organizational culture, including safety, leadership, and teamwork
• Resolve employee relations issues and consult with staff regarding benefits, payroll, and leave of absence
• Prepare and report on HR metrics such as turnover, diversity, and new hire statistics
• Maintain relationships with workforce development partners like technical schools and community colleges

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
• 5 years of Human Resources experience
• Proficiency with MS Office and Workday
• Strong employee relations skills and ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
• Proven experience in project development and management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience designing and delivering training programs and curriculum
• Bilingual in Spanish
