About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and talent initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
  • Manage complex employee matters including Workers' Compensation claims, FMLA administration, and ADA compliance.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning to maintain engagement and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated programs in talent acquisition, DEI, and performance management.
  • Partner with safety teams to promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with protocols within the Distribution Center.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a business partner or consultative role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Expertise in managing Workers' Compensation, FMLA, and the ADA interactive process.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional HR certification.
