About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and advice to current and prospective students
- Act as the first point of contact for university systems, processes, and services
- Offer supervisory support to Hub Assistants and help coordinate daily tasks
- Guide students through applications, enrolments, and study options
- Support students holistically through in-person and online service delivery
Requirements
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build positive relationships
- Proactive approach with a strong, reliable work ethic
- Ability to show empathy and genuine care when supporting students and colleagues
- Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic, and high-volume work environments
- Comfortable stepping in to guide and support a team when needed
