Senior HSE Officer

Responsibilities

• Oversee BU/SBU HSE operations including training, risk assessment, and incident investigation
• Build and control HSE documents aligned with SGS Group policies and local legislation
• Update and review HSE documents according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Inspect and supervise laboratory and site implementation of work instructions and SOPs
• Conduct internal audits and monitor corrective actions for improvement
• Plan and host HSE campaigns such as Chemical Safety or Safety Month
• Manage HSE innovation projects including AI monitoring, LOTO, and 5S
• Represent the HSE department in communications with other business units

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant professional work experience in a similar position
• Experience in TIC, manufacturing, or E&C industries preferred
• Deep understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation
• Educational background in Business Administration, Quality Management, Health and Safety, or English
• Proficiency in computer and office applications
• Strong leadership and data analysis skills
