Senior HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and directly coordinate the technical prevention team assigned to the field
• Act as the direct interlocutor with client managers and contractors to ensure fluid communication
• Supervise critical field works and the management of special work permits (confined spaces, ATEX, LOTO)
• Manage safety KPIs and investigate incidents
• Provide technical reporting to management based on real project data

Requirements

• Official degree as a Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL)
• At least 5 years of experience managing prevention in heavy industry, naval, EPC, petrochemical, or large-scale projects
• Knowledge of Business Activity Coordination (CAE) and high-criticality work regulations
• Spanish and English (English is a plus)
• Driver's license and own vehicle for commuting to the Campamento site
