Senior HSE Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols for an offshore topside project.
• Oversee safety compliance while working from client offices or contractor offices.
• Transition to offshore site operations following a rotation-based schedule (6/3 or 4/4 weeks).
• Ensure all project activities align with industry standards and client-specific safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working on ADNOC projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role for mega FEED/EPC projects (valued at over US$ 1 Billion).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience working on Brownfield Modification projects.
