About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the corporate single source of truth for HSE performance data and insights
- Define, monitor, and continuously improve corporate HSE KPIs and leading/lagging indicators
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support management decision-making
- Perform trend and root cause analyses to translate findings into actionable improvement plans
- Ensure HSE data quality, consistency, and governance standards across the organization
- Manage end-to-end HSE data processes, including collection, validation, and transformation
- Coordinate HSE reporting, including ESG and regulatory disclosures, and support audits
- Collaborate with HSE, HR, and IT stakeholders to align with HSE objectives
- Support the development of digital HSE tools and data-driven ways of working
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or operational excellence in industrial environments
- Strong experience with Power BI and data modeling using DAX and Power Query
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
- Fluent English and experience working in an international environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HSE systems such as Enablon, Intelex, Sphera, Cority, or Quentic
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools
- Familiarity with Copilot or similar AI tools
