Senior HSE Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the corporate single source of truth for HSE performance data and insights
• Define, monitor, and continuously improve corporate HSE KPIs and leading/lagging indicators
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support management decision-making
• Perform trend and root cause analyses to translate findings into actionable improvement plans
• Ensure HSE data quality, consistency, and governance standards across the organization
• Manage end-to-end HSE data processes, including collection, validation, and transformation
• Coordinate HSE reporting, including ESG and regulatory disclosures, and support audits
• Collaborate with HSE, HR, and IT stakeholders to align with HSE objectives
• Support the development of digital HSE tools and data-driven ways of working

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or operational excellence in industrial environments
• Strong experience with Power BI and data modeling using DAX and Power Query
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
• Fluent English and experience working in an international environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HSE systems such as Enablon, Intelex, Sphera, Cority, or Quentic
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools
• Familiarity with Copilot or similar AI tools
