About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day stabilisation of the HR systems environment to improve reliability and user experience
- Improve the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of people information across all HR systems
- Review current HR systems processes, controls, and data flows to identify and resolve root causes of issues
- Provide hands-on support for system administration, configuration, workflows, and security
- Coordinate HRIS issues and improvement activities across HR, IT, and external vendors
- Review connectivity between HR systems and related platforms to identify risks and integration opportunities
- Document key system processes, ownership, and controls to improve organizational resilience
Requirements
- Strong experience in an HRIS, HR systems, or HR operations role
- Hands-on experience with HR systems administration, configuration, and user support
- Proficiency with Cornerstone Core or comparable platforms such as Workday or SuccessFactors
- Understanding of how HRIS platforms integrate with external applications via APIs
- Solid knowledge of HR processes, system controls, and data governance
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a busy environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting integrations between HR systems and other business platforms
- Background in supporting systems improvements, implementation activity, or roadmap planning
- Experience working with reporting, people data, or data validation activities
- Experience working within a multi-site or multi-country organization
