Senior HRBP

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic people plans aligned with company objectives
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
• Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and team effectiveness
• Build and nurture a high-performance culture through robust feedback, development, and performance practices
• Lead engagement and retention initiatives to improve employee experience and strengthen company culture
• Use people analytics and HR data to identify trends, solve business challenges, and shape people strategy
• Champion organizational development initiatives, including capability building and change management
• Leverage AI and innovative HR practices to improve productivity and employee outcomes

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Partner experience
• Experience supporting fast-paced SaaS, technology, startup, or scale-up environments
• Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, and succession planning
• Proven experience in leadership coaching and influencing senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to use HR metrics and workforce analytics for data-driven decision-making
• Proven track record of leveraging AI and technology to improve HR processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in remote-first, distributed international organizations
• Exposure to European employment environments and multi-country workforce management
• HR-related tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience
