Senior HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR duties including C&B administration, payroll, and taxation
• Assist in annual HR projects such as manpower planning, budget preparation, and performance management
• Prepare regular HR reports for management review
• Handle ad-hoc HR projects including system development and policy reviews
• Foster employee communications and organize company functions and employee relations activities
• Manage recruitment processes and offboarding
• Oversee performance management processes and improvement interviews
• Handle attendance, insurance, and payroll reporting
• Establish and revise management regulations and procedures
• Organize labor-management meetings

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in HR related roles
• 2+ years of solid experience in payroll and benefits administration
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Experience with HRIS such as NUEiP or Bamboo HR is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
