About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle for production employees
- Support production managers with workforce planning, organizational changes, and people management
- Provide coaching to line managers on employee relations and workplace issues
- Coordinate outsourced payroll, benefits administration, and time and attendance processes
- Support employee relations, co-operation procedures, and interactions with trade unions
- Facilitate effective communication between management and employees
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
- Ensure compliance with Finnish labor legislation, collective agreements, and company policies
- Monitor employee wellbeing, absenteeism, and workplace-related concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments
- Solid understanding of Finnish labor legislation and employee relations practices
- Experience working with trade unions and shop-floor employee populations
- Full professional proficiency in both Finnish and English
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-changing manufacturing environment
