Senior HR Specialist (Production)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle for production employees
• Support production managers with workforce planning, organizational changes, and people management
• Provide coaching to line managers on employee relations and workplace issues
• Coordinate outsourced payroll, benefits administration, and time and attendance processes
• Support employee relations, co-operation procedures, and interactions with trade unions
• Facilitate effective communication between management and employees
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
• Ensure compliance with Finnish labor legislation, collective agreements, and company policies
• Monitor employee wellbeing, absenteeism, and workplace-related concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments
• Solid understanding of Finnish labor legislation and employee relations practices
• Experience working with trade unions and shop-floor employee populations
• Full professional proficiency in both Finnish and English
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-changing manufacturing environment

About the Company

Easpring Finland New Materials Oy is developing a battery materials plant in Kotka, Finland. The plant produces cathode active material (CAM) required for the manufacturing of electric vehicle (EV) batteries, supporting the growing demand for sustainable energy solutions in Europe.
