Senior HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the AWS PXT business cadence, including WBRs, MBRs, QBRs, and strategic planning processes (3YP, OP1/OP2).
• Lead the automation of business review mechanisms using AI tools and agentic workflows to improve data quality and speed.
• Manage the annual goals program, including dashboard maintenance, monthly reviews, and stakeholder coordination.
• Drive internal engagement and communications strategies, including Global Town Halls, recognition programs, and leadership messaging.
• Partner with AWS PXT leaders on People Plan development and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, HR, Program Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, or project/program management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven track record of creating and implementing large-scale organizational programs.
• Experience owning end-to-end program strategy and communicating results to leadership.
• Ability to improve and create new processes and structures to achieve business goals.
