Senior HR Service Delivery Representative

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Relocation team by managing HR service delivery, relocation processes, and complex administrative tasks.
• Perform operational tasks including records management, report generation, and transactions within Workday and ServiceNow.
• Manage the Global Relocation email inbox and ServiceNow cases to support team needs.
• Execute relocation authorization reviews, audits, file setups in MobilityX, and creation of relocation estimates and guidebooks.
• Ensure on-time vendor invoice payments and conduct audits of relocation data for accuracy.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to less experienced staff.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends for management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Human Resources operations support experience (or equivalent through training, military experience, or education).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel for reporting and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Workday.
• Knowledge of SharePoint.
• Experience with US Domestic or International relocation processes and temporary assignments.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential material professionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
